How do I get started with you?
To begin working with us, please visit the quote page. Fill us in on your website needs and we will work on a quote for you.
How can I check on the status of my website during the design process?
You will be able to log into the Clients portion of our website. From there you can view the design at any time and submit comments via the website.
I have a logo and other graphics I would like you to use. What do I do?
You may email us any pre-existing graphics or logos that you would like us to use.
Do you design adult or gambling websites?
No. We do not work with companies dealing in harmful, unlawful, adult, or questionable material.
Do you offer hosting?
No we don't. At least not at this point, but we do offer hosting setup/transfer services. This is included for free when we design or redesign your site. We will set you up with a reputable host and you will be responsible for paying the yearly or monthly hosting fees.
What happens once I send in a quote request?
We will review your request in a timely manner and either send you a request for more information or if we have enough information we will send you a detailed proposal. If you accept our proposal we will send you a contract. Once you have agreed to our contract we will begin work on your site.
I see other web design companies offering web design for $100-$300. Why do you charge more than that?
Companies that offer websites at prices like that use cheap templates and often re-use designs on clients. They can charge cheap prices because they can generate websites quickly. We offer custom designs and we do not use visual editors which often produce a mediocre result. In fact, you will find that our prices are very reasonable compared to other companies that offer the same services.
Billing
What types of payment do you accept?
We prefer that payments be made online with a PayPal account. We will send you an email invoice for all required payments and you can take care of those payments securely online. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send us a check. A mailing address will be sent with your invoice.
What is your payment schedule?
We will generally work with a 20/30/50 schedule with 20% due initially, 30% due after the site's design is complete, and 50% due when feature complete. This is how we will generally work, but there may be exceptions.
